Pavel Schamberger

Pavel Schamberger is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Data & Business Development at Skyro, responsible for acquiring new data sources and establishing data-driven partnerships to enhance growth in the lending sector. Previously, Pavel held the role of Head of Risk & Data at Advance Intelligence Group, where risk and credit scoring systems were developed, and customer onboarding processes were managed. As Regional Risk Manager at Home Credit International, Pavel led data-driven initiatives in Risk and CRM across Southeast Asia to improve customer profitability. As Big Data Manager at Home Credit Philippines, responsibilities included managing a team and integrating external data sources for credit scoring. Pavel began a career as a Data Analyst at KPMG Czech Republic, contributing to data science projects. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in New Media Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, both from Charles University.
