Biron Xie has a diverse work experience in customer support and operations. Biron started in 2013 at Movoto, where they held various roles including Customer Operations Manager and Client Relations Team Lead. In these positions, they led teams, implemented new processes and technologies, and ensured high levels of customer service. In 2018, Biron joined SIMO as the Head of Customer Support, where they were responsible for all customer success and support processes, training programs, and personnel. Biron played a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving high customer satisfaction.
Biron Xie attended San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2013, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
