Eric Plam

Eric Plam has held a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry since 1996. Eric began their career at IDB Mobile as a Regional Sales Manager, then moved to Stratos Mobile Network as a Sales Manager in the Asia Pacific Region. In 1998, they joined BT Ignite as an Account Manager and Regional Sales Director. After two years, they moved to Slam Dunk Networks as Director of Business Development, then to Galaxy Engineering Services (subsidiary of American Tower) as Manager of International Sales. In 2001, they joined Deep Blue Communications as Employee #2, where they sold, installed, and managed hotel Wi-Fi solutions. This resulted in a multi-million-dollar buyout by a private equity company. From 2002 to 2014, Eric held various roles at T-Mobile, including Director of Enterprise Sales, Senior Sales Manager of National Accounts, and National Account Manager. Finally, in 2020, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Uptip.

Eric Plam graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with an emphasis in International Trade & Politics.
