Nicolas Dupont

Nicolas Dupont has over 17 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. In 2003, they began their career as an Auditor at KPMG. In 2004, they moved to Control Solutions as an Audit Manager, where they developed a portfolio of small and medium-size public companies and pre-IPO organizations. In 2007, they joined Occam Networks as Director of Audit and Financial Controls, where they managed the overall risk management program for the Board and transitioned the Internal Audit function from outsourced to co-sourced and then in-house. In 2011, they moved to SYNNEX as Senior Manager of Internal Audit, where they managed all aspects of the U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley program. Later that same year, they joined Mode Media Corporation (f.k.a. Glam Media, Inc.) as Controller and Director of Internal Audit & Controls. In 2015, they moved to Gracenote as Sr. Director of Finance, where they managed the global annual budget and forecast for sales and operating expenses. In 2019, they joined Skyroam as Global VP Finance (acting CFO, reporting to CEO), where they built and executed operating and long-term strategic plans across business units, markets, and teams. Nicolas implemented KPIs and Dashboards to measure performance and adjust spend and product/marketing initiatives, leading to net margin improvement in the mid 20%.

Nicolas Dupont attended Lycée Marie Curie from 1995 to 1998. Nicolas then earned a Master from NEOMA Business School in 2003, with a major in Finance. Nicolas also attended HKUST Business School in 2002. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including ARM - Enterprise-Wide Risk Management and ARM (Associate in Risk Management) in 2010, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst): Passed Level 1 Exam in June 2010 in 2010, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) in 2006, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) in 2006, and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in California.
