Sathya Achar

Sathya Achar has extensive work experience in software and systems engineering. In 2022, they began working as Vice President of Systems & Software at Skyryse. Before that, they worked at Moog Inc. from 2004 to 2021 in various roles, including Technical Fellow, Chief Engineer of Software & Principal Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Senior Technical Staff Member. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems from 1993 to 2004 as a Senior Member of Technical Staff.

Sathya Achar earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering in Bangalore from 1968 to 1973. Sathya then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1973 to 1974.
