Weston Pan has worked in the software engineering field since 2000. Weston began their career at BAE Systems as a Software Design Engineer II, where they developed the Board Support Package (BSP) for the AH-64D Apache digital flight control computer and flight control software for the M346 jet trainer. In 2004, they joined Raytheon as a Multi-Disciplined Engineer II, where they developed Sensor Controller software for the AACER project using the Agile development process. Weston was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2009 and Senior Software Engineer II in 2014. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Principal Software Engineer and Principal Software Engineer. In 2022, they began working at Skyryse as a Senior Software Engineer, where they are developing FlightOS, the world's first universal flight deck and operating system.
Weston Pan attended the University of Southern California, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science (CECS).
