Emile Gill

Emile Gill is an experienced data engineer currently working at Skyscanner since November 2021, while also contributing as a writer for Towards Data Science since April 2020. Previously, Emile held multiple roles at Accor from November 2018 to November 2021, including Lead Analytics Engineer, where a new Analytics Engineering team was founded, and Analytics Manager, overseeing analytics for Northern Europe. Emile’s earlier positions include Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst, with a strong emphasis on Python programming and data automation. Additionally, Emile tutored science and mathematics as a Private Tutor at Tutorful in 2018 and served as Captain of the Imperial College 7th Team Football. Education includes a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London, completed in June 2018, and attendance at King Edward VI Five Ways School from 2008 to 2015.
