Zoltan Bacskai

Zoltan Bacskai is a Senior Software Engineer at Skyscanner, where since February 2020, responsibilities include serving as a technical lead for two squads within the Data Analytics and Insights area and overseeing the development of Skyscanner's in-house Experimentation platform while aligning development with future data architecture goals. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Engineer at Amadeus IT Group, focusing on cross data-center database synchronization projects using Apache Kafka and C++, as well as positions at Nokia, Lufthansa Systems, and Ericsson, where contributions varied from developing cross-platform software to maintaining critical applications. Zoltan holds a Master of Science degree in Technical Informatics from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
