Balaji CHANDRAN is an experienced professional in enterprise digital architecture and solutions design with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Consultant in Enterprise Digital Architecture at Tata Consultancy Services since 2003 and as a Senior Solutions Architect at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines since August 2020, Balaji has held various roles that include Engagement Architect at SkyTeam and Lead Solutions Architect at KLM. Balaji's expertise includes the APIficiation of IT application landscapes and the development of conversational and voice experiences across multiple platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Google Assistant. Balaji began the career at British Airways as a Design Lead from 2003 to 2008, supported by a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology obtained from Bharathiar University and Kongu Engineering College in 2002.
