Adam McCoy

Adam McCoy has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Adam began their career in 2001 at West Corporation, where they served as a Voice Services Manager, supporting and managing the installation of voice services for Fortune 500 clients. Adam then worked at Cox Communications as an Account Services Coordinator, coordinating the post-sale installation of enterprise-level voice and data services.

In 2007, Adam started their own company, Intervive Communications, serving as the owner and independent channel agent for a major telecom carrier. Adam managed a large client base and negotiated a partnership with a nationwide IT solutions company.

Adam then transitioned to a role as a Driver Recruiter at Werner Enterprises, a transportation and logistics provider, before joining Celebrity Staff as a Sales Manager. At Celebrity Staff, they selected, trained, mentored, and managed a team of internal Account Managers.

In 2012, Adam joined Mediacom Communications, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Manager of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Manager of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition/Recruiting), and Supervisor of Human Resources. Adam was responsible for overseeing recruiting efforts, implementing recruitment strategies, managing relationships with vendors and agencies, and staffing various positions across multiple states.

In 2017, Adam joined Skywalk Group as the Director of Recruiting & Operations. In this role, they oversee all operational aspects of recruiting, sourcing, and client management for a growing multistate Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company. Additionally, they are the primary Salesforce developer, creating custom applications for internal operational use.

Most recently, Adam worked as a Pastor at ConnectPoint Church, where they served from 2019 to 2022. Adam provided spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and guidance to the congregation.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership, team building, and operational skills, with a focus on recruiting, training, coaching, and development. Adam has a proven track record of achieving results and making significant contributions to the organizations they have worked with.
