Tanner Hoffmann

Tanner Hoffmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content architecture and call center operations. Currently serving as a Content Architect at Skyward since August 2021, Tanner previously held the role of Call Center Supervisor and Agent Performance Specialist at Transcosmos Omniconnect from September 2013 to October 2021. Additionally, Tanner worked as a Retail Support Representative at Team Schierl Companies from May 2011 to September 2013. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned between 2006 and 2011.
