Mandy Rhead

Mandy Rhead has extensive experience in contracts administration and export/import compliance. Mandy currently holds the position of Sr. Principal Contracts Administrator at SkyWater Technology Foundry, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Honeywell as the Director of Export Compliance from April 2016 to June 2022. From May 2006 to April 2016, they worked at ATK as the Manager of Export/Import Compliance and Contracts Manager. Mandy also held similar roles at Astronics DME Corporation from February 2003 to March 2006 and at Cubic Corporation from January 2000 to October 2002. Before entering the defense industry, Mandy worked at H.N. Burns Engineering Corp. as the Contracts Manager, Office Manager, and Facility Security Officer from July 1994 to January 2000.

Mandy Rhead holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Spanish from Carroll University. In 2006, they obtained the Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
