Paul Sura

Paul Sura is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Technology & Manufacturing Operations at SkyWater Technology Foundry, Paul also provides strategic advice as a Strategic Advisor at Lynceus. Previous roles include Vice President of Supply Chain Enablement at Micron Technology, where significant improvements in new product introduction delivery performance were achieved, and Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, recognized with a CEO award for exceptional revenue forecast accuracy. Paul held various senior positions at Cypress Semiconductor, Maxim Integrated, and MiaSolé, leading large teams and driving initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and delivery performance. Paul's career began at Intel Corporation, where Paul played key roles in process improvement and capital systems development. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
