Russ Hunt

Russell Hunt has 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private placements and public offerings with a focus on depository institutions, financial technology, outsourcers, trust & asset management and specialty finance companies. During his career, he has been involved in more than 150 transactions in the financial services industry.

Prior to Skyway, Mr. Hunt was founder and the managing partner of Atlantic Merchant Capital Advisors, LLC, a merchant bank focused on the financial services sector. He is also a managing member and member of the Investment Committee of Celeridem Capital Management, LLC, a private investment firm focused on early stage financial technology companies.

Prior to founding Atlantic in 2013, he was a co-founder and CEO of Kendrick Pierce & Co., which was a leading investment bank serving financial institutions in the Southeast. Prior to Kendrick Pierce & Co, he was an associate vice president of Ryan Beck & Co, a full-service investment bank serving financial institutions.

Mr. Hunt graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance.
