Adil Dhanani is an accomplished product design leader with extensive experience in driving design initiatives across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Slack, Adil leads the design team focused on the Productivity pillar. Previously, Adil held the role of Director of Product Design at Handshake and Slack, where responsibilities included overseeing core user experiences and product feature education for growth. Prior tenure includes significant contributions at Uber, where Adil led design teams in programs such as Uber Rewards, and earlier roles at Apple and Beats Music. Adil's career began in engineering and software development, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
