Chris Mills has extensive leadership experience in Customer Success within the Cloud Computing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success at Slack since April 2019, Chris previously held the position of Head of Customer Success EMEA at the company. Prior to joining Slack, Chris spent nearly 15 years at Salesforce, progressing through various roles including Vice President and Regional Vice President, and enhancing customer value across multiple regions. Early career experience includes a Systems Manager role at House of Fraser. Chris earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bath.
