Ramana Manohar

Ramana Manohar has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ramana started their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer at ADP, where they developed windows and web applications using VB.NET and ASP.NET. Ramana then moved on to become a Senior Engineer and later a Team Lead at ADP, where they were responsible for automated test script integration and implementation of virtualization techniques.

In 2010, Ramana joined Atos Syntel as a Tech Lead and later became a Senior Tech Lead. Ramana led various teams and projects, including the implementation of Microsoft ALM & Test Manager product suite and the design of a web portal for cloud test offering capabilities.

In 2015, Ramana joined Manulife as a Release & QA Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring successful completion of QA activities for each release. Ramana also handled release management and coordinated with project teams for defect triage.

In 2016, Ramana moved to Finastra as a Manager of Quality Engineering & Product Development. Ramana managed a team of developers and was responsible for the day-to-day management of quality engineers. Ramana also led the redesigning of web apps for the Government's Student Loans Program.

Since 2017, Ramana has been working at Slalom Build, initially as a Solution Principal (Manager) leading the Quality Engineering practice. Ramana was responsible for project and client delivery, team leadership and people management, mentoring and training, as well as business development and capability initiatives. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director of Quality Engineering, where they are part of Slalom's senior leadership team and oversees the Quality Engineering capability for Toronto & Montreal. Ramana'sresponsibilities include team leadership, business development, and providing thought leadership.

Ramana Manohar completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Information Technology and Security from the University of Limerick in the year 2010.
