Justin Hauschildt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, process improvement, and operational readiness across various industries. As Director of Enterprise Applications & Delivery Enablement at Slalom since May 2019, Justin leverages a strong background that includes roles such as Director of Process Improvement and Corporate Training at Advarra and Senior Manager of Process Improvement at Quorum Review IRB. Prior experience at Nintendo involved ensuring operational readiness for product releases and managing training for Wi-Fi network support. Justin’s career also includes roles focused on training strategy development at Sotto Wireless and Randy's Ring & Pinion, as well as delivering technical and soft skill training at Western Wireless. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from City University of Seattle.
