Staci Bissani

Staci Bissani serves as the Salesforce Global Director of Delivery Excellence at Slalom since April 2021, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to enhance delivery excellence and training over 1,500 Salesforce practitioners. Previously, Staci held the role of Delivery Director, Global Salesforce at Slalom, focusing on delivery methodology and supporting senior leaders. Prior experience includes serving as Salesforce Delivery Director at Silverline, and as Salesforce Program Manager at Bluewolf, leading high-profile Salesforce implementations. Staci also worked as a Salesforce Program Manager at TwentyEighty, overseeing technology implementations, and as IT Project Manager at MWH Global, managing various technology projects. Earlier in the career, Staci was the Project Manager at Bissani Consulting Services, collaborating with school districts and clients across multiple sectors. Staci Bissani holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in English from UC Santa Barbara.
