As the Owner of Pylon Management, Inc. since January 2001, Kathy oversees a firm that specializes in consulting for the staffing industry, focusing on turnaround work, M&A support, contract negotiations, and overall consultancy. Additionally, since November 2009, Kathy has served as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Slate Professional Resources, Inc., a firm that provides professional staffing solutions in the Legal, Accounting & Finance, and Information Technology fields. Kathy also owned Washington Capital Resources LLC from January 2002 to January 2020, a boutique company dedicated to receivables financing and equipment financing.
