Giovanna Barazzutti has extensive experience in human resources management, spanning over two decades at Schlumberger. Currently serving as the Head of Global Business Services HR for the Eastern Hemisphere, Giovanna oversees HR functions for thousands of employees across various divisions, including Digital & Integration and Well Construction Services. Previous roles include HR Manager for North Africa, HR Manager for Continental Europe, and HR Manager for the Doll Research Center, focusing on talent management and personnel administration. Giovanna's career began in payroll operations, advancing through key HR positions that involved compensation & benefits management and training & development. Giovanna holds a Master of Science in Economics from Ichec Brussels Management School.
