Stephen Himphayvanh, MBA, EET has a diverse work experience in various roles in the semiconductor and energy industries. Stephen started their career at Bloom Energy as a Process & Quality Engineering Tech, where they created standard operating procedures and managed weekly reports for inter-connect outputs. Stephen then worked at Applied Thin-Film Products as a Swing Shift Photolithography Supervisor, implementing a touch-time model and color code priority-based system to improve production and on-time delivery. At Lam Research, they served as a Module Test Technician, troubleshooting and testing circuits and mechanical assemblies. Stephen then transitioned to Soraa, where they held roles as a WFAB Operation process lead and Disposition Engineer, focusing on process improvement and material disposition. Currently, they are working at KYOCERA SLD Laser as a Photolithography Process Engineer, leveraging their experience in dry/wet etch, metal disposition, and lithography. Stephen is knowledgeable in SPC, JMP, and general process control.
