Nick Symon

Nick Symon has a diverse range of work experience. Nick started their career at Shaw Communications as a Color Commentator in 2011. Nick then went on to work as a Landscaper at Keena's Lawncare from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they served as a PA Announcer at the WHL Western Canada U-16 Challenge Cup. From 2012 to 2014, Nick worked as a Blogger at TCL West. In 2013, they became an Alberta Minor Hockey Beat Writer at HockeyNow. Nick also worked as a Recruiter at Westminster Consulting Inc. from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they had a short stint as a Lead Recruiter at Big Fish Staffing. At the same time, they worked as a Coach at Precise Hockey until 2019. Most recently, Nick has been working as a Sales Representative - On Premise Calgary Area at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. since 2017.

Nick Symon attended the University of Calgary from 2012 to 2013, where they received a Bachelor of Communication Studies degree with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they studied at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2009 to 2011, earning a RTBN Diploma with a major in Radio. Nick's secondary education took place at Notre Dame High School from 2006 to 2008, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
