Brendon Johnson has over 18 years of professional experience. Brendon began their career in 2002 as a Developer/Account Manager at Market Communications. In 2006, they joined Greenlight as a Senior Account Manager/Account Director and was later promoted to Account Director. Brendon was also the SEO Department Head (Program Management) at Greenlight. In 2010, they became the Department Head (Product & Project Management) at SearchCatalyst. In 2014, they joined Chilli Digital Limited as a Director and also became a Non Executive Director at SleepCogni. In 2019, they were a Squad Leader at IBM and in 2021, they joined Kyndryl as a Client Partner Executive. Currently, they are the People Lead, Process Intelligence- SAP Signavio at SAP.

Brendon Johnson obtained their Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Auckland University of Technology between 1997 and 2001. Brendon has also earned several certifications from IBM, Coursera, and the Scrum Alliance, including IBM Mentor (2021), Introduction to Cloud Computing (2020), The IBM Way (2020), Big Data Foundations - Level 1 (2019), Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner (2019), Finance and Accounting Essentials (2019), Hadoop Foundations - Level 1 (2019), Cognitive Practitioner (2019), IBM Agile Explorer (2019), Watson and Cloud Foundations (2019), IBM Blockchain Essentials (2019), IBM Certified First-Line Manager (2021), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (2019).
