Kristina Diamond

Kristina Diamond has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kristina currently works at Sleepme Inc., starting in November 2020, where they serve as the Senior Engineer - Team Lead, E3 (Shopify). In this role, they have built the Chilisleep Shopify store with a custom theme using Node & Vue.js and launched it in April 2021. Kristina is currently focused on building Sleep.me's headless Shopify website using Nuxt.

Prior to their current role, Kristina worked as the Technical Director, Shopify Web Developer at Lustre from September 2019 to November 2020. From May 2018 to November 2020, they worked as a Shopify Web Developer at Verbal+Visual, gaining expertise in this field. Kristina was also a Shopify Web Developer for Delta Children from September 2018 to September 2019.

Before venturing into web development, Kristina had a marketing and project management role at Proximo Spirits from February 2015 to January 2018, where they served as the Marketing POS Project Manager & Buyer.

Kristina also has experience as a business owner at TenderVeal Vintage Clothing from January 2014 to February 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Visual Merchandiser Manager at American Apparel from November 2007 to January 2014.

Kristina gained early experience in the creative industry, working as a Branding and Creative Department Intern at AR New York from January 2012 to May 2012. Kristina also worked as a Photo Assistant at SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE from September 2008 to May 2009 and as a Photo Editor Intern at Inked Magazine from May 2007 to September 2007.

Kristina Diamond has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended Clarkstown North High School where they obtained a Regents High School Diploma. Following this, from 2006 to 2010, they enrolled at the School of Visual Arts and pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Photography. In 2018, Kristina briefly attended the Flatiron School, focusing on Computer Programming.
