Rachel Spector Whiffin

Rachel Spector Whiffin, MBA, SPHR-CA has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Rachel began their career in 1997 as the Director of Education and Program Services at Mosaic Georgia (formerly Gwinnett Sexual Assault and Child Advocacy Center). In 2003, they took on a part-time role as an Instructor at Georgia State University, while also serving as a Human Resources Business Partner/Human Resource Manager at Chamberlin Edmonds. From 2005-2010, they worked at The Home Depot in various roles, including District Human Resource Manager, Regional Learning Manager/Manager of Leadership Learning, and Human Resource Manager. From 2010-2016, they served as Regional Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner at PetSmart. In 2016, they became the Human Resources Manager at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC. From 2018-2020, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Fluidra North America. Currently, they are the Head Of Human Resources at SleepScore Labs.

Rachel Spector Whiffin, MBA, SPHR-CA has an extensive education background. In 2003, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Emory University, where they studied Political Science and Psychology. Additionally, they have a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Virginia, with a concentration in Counselor Education.
