Renata Redondo Bonaldi, PhD, Global MBA has a wide range of work experience. Renata Redondo began their career in 2001 as a Textile Product Development at Rieter Automotive, followed by Textiles Process & Product Improvement at Milliken & Company in 2002. In 2006, they moved to BASF as a Textile Innovation, where they were the laboratory coordinator. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Lecturer at The Manchester College, followed by a Lecturer of Textiles Innovation at Manchester Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, they graduated from the Founder Institute, a 14-week program which provides the structure, mentor support, and global network needed to start an enduring company. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of SleepUp, an integrated and personalized digital therapy for insomnia. Renata Redondo is currently a Latitud Fellow and What If Fellow, both starting in 2022.

Renata Redondo Bonaldi, PhD, Global MBA has a comprehensive education history. Renata Redondo obtained their Global MBA from The University of Manchester in 2019, specializing in Innovation & entrepreneurship management, PE & VC, and disruptive technologies. Renata Redondo earned their PhD in Advanced Materials; Intelligent Textiles for Healthcare from The University of Bolton in 2012. In 2011, they obtained their Master in Lifelong Learning Education from Edge Hill University. Renata Redondo also earned their Master in Textile and Health from Città Studi SpA/ Turin University in 2006, and completed an English Language Course at Bond University in 2005. Her educational background began with a Textile Engineering course at The University Center of FEI from 1999 to 2003.
