Niklas Alvaeus

Niklas Alvaeus is a seasoned iOS engineer with extensive experience in mobile development, highlighted by a current role as Senior iOS Engineer at Sleepwave, specializing in RealityKit and custom Metal shaders since February 2023. As the Developer and Founder of Big Feet Productions Ltd since June 2010, Niklas has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside freelance consulting work in London since March 2002. Previous positions include Senior Lead iOS Developer at Ribbon, where the focus was on developing an iOS SDK for user research, and at The Jamie Oliver Group and Florio GmbH, where expertise was applied to health-focused applications utilizing HealthKit and Apple Watch. Past engagements also include roles at PokerStars, Digital Annexe, First Aid For Kids, and Tourism of Ireland. Niklas holds a BA Hons in Media and Communication Studies from Stockholm University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
