Pavel Francev

Pavel Francev has extensive experience in logistics and commodities procurement, currently serving as a Commodities Buyer at Slegg Building Materials since June 2022. Previously, Pavel held roles as Logistics Manager, Commodity Purchaser, and Logistics Coordinator at the same company from October 2017 to March 2022. Earlier career milestones include serving as Regional Sales Manager at Balticovo, where responsibilities encompassed sales development in Lithuanian and Estonian markets, as well as client relationship management. Pavel's experience also includes a five-year tenure as Logistics Manager at Mega Transport, Ltd., overseeing sales, customs warehouse operations, budgeting, and staff management. Pavel holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in International Transport from Riga Aeronautical Institute and a Professional Competence Certificate in International Transport and Logistics from the Latvian Ministry of Transport. Additionally, Pavel studied Cynology at Latvijas Kinologiska Federacija, earning a degree in 2012.
