Troy R. Young

Troy R. Young is an experienced construction manager currently working at Sletten Construction Company's Building Division since May 2023, having previously held a similar role in the Corrections Division from May 2007 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Wet Side Estimator at Pahor Mechanical Contractors and a decade-long tenure as HVAC Manager in the US Air Force, where Troy R. Young completed multiple deployments and participated in humanitarian projects. Educational qualifications include an Associate degree in Electrical Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and studies at the College of Southern Nevada.
