Patty Schneider

Patty Schneider has over 12 years of work experience in customer success, digital marketing, and client services. In 2021, they began their current role as Vice President of Customer Success at SlickText. From 2014 to 2021, they held various roles at Marin Software, including Director of Customer Success/Engagement, Senior Customer Success Director/Team Lead, and Customer Engagement Manager. In 2014, they also held the role of Digital Marketing & Strategy Consultant at WhyWhisper Collective. From 2013 to 2012, they held two roles at 360i, including Senior Media Manager and Media Manager. From 2012 to 2010, they held the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator at iProspect. At Studio One Networks, they held the roles of Account Manager for Client Services and Client Services Assistant from 2010 to 2008. Finally, from 2008 to 2010, they held the role of Assistant to the Project Management & Client Services Departments at Benefit Enrollment Services.
