David Goulden

David Goulden is an experienced journalist and clerical officer with a diverse background in sports reporting and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Clerical Officer at Sligo County Council since September 2022, David also contributes as a Sports Columnist and Reporter for The Sligo Champion and the Football Association of Ireland. Since March 2012, David has provided match reports for RTÉ Sports, covering League of Ireland and GAA games. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at Kingsbridge Private Hospital and various reporting positions at Ocean FM, Sligo Weekender, Roscommon Herald Limited, and Leitrim Observer. David holds a BA in Journalism from Griffith College Dublin and completed secondary education at Sligo Grammar School.
