Sorcha de Bacun

Sorcha de Bacun is an accomplished Executive Architect currently employed at Sligo County Council since July 2021. With a solid foundation in architecture, Sorcha's experience includes roles as an Architect at JTB ARCHITECTURE from January 2019 to August 2020, and as a Graduate Architect at Studio 3 Architecture from January 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included design development, 3D modeling, and preparing construction drawings. An earlier internship at the Office of Public Works from May 2010 to December 2013 provided valuable experience in the field. Sorcha holds a Postgraduate Degree in Professional Practice from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) from Waterford Institute of Technology. Additionally, Sorcha has experience as a tour guide, enhancing communication and organizational skills through visitor engagement and administrative tasks.
