Michelle Strobeck has a diverse work experience in contract management and negotiation. Michelle started working as an Acquisition Analyst at CACI in 2007, where they provided support for acquisition strategies, market research, cost analysis, and contract management. Michelle then moved on to MITRE as a Lead Business/Economic Analyst, where they provided acquisition planning support and assisted in negotiating software licensing agreements and service level agreements. In 2011, Strobeck joined the U.S. Government as a Contracting Officer, gaining experience in acquisition planning, contract supervision, and various types of contracts. Michelle also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing advisory services to companies working with the Federal Government, and as an Independent Consultant providing legal content for social media. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Lukos, including Vice President of Contracts and Director of Contracts, where they reviewed, negotiated, and managed contracts with the Federal Government and teaming agreements with partners. Strobeck then worked as a Contracts Manager at Red 6 before becoming an Independent Consultant at Strobeck Consulting, LLC. Michelle later served as a Contracts Director at 9th Way Insignia and Government Contracts Director at Slingshot Aerospace. Currently, they hold the position of Contracts Manager at ARETUM.
Michelle Strobeck has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from American University Washington College of Law.
