Linda Higgins

Linda Higgins has a diverse and extensive background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Linda is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sloan, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to that, Linda was the VP of Organization and Human Resources at LafargeHolcim from 2013 to 2017, where they played a significant role in a high-profile merger. Linda also held the position of Global Director-Human Resources at United Technologies from 2007 to 2013, Manager-Human Resources at Danaher Corporation from 2003 to 2007, and Employee Relations Manager at Ingersoll Rand from 2000 to 2003.

Linda Higgins completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Indiana Institute of Technology in the year 2003. Linda also participated in an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
