Chrystie Chapman

Chrystie Chapman is a talented and respected business leader with vast experience working with small to mid-sized companies. She joined Slone Partners in 2007 to lead the accounting function before rising to the position of Vice President of Finance & Operations. She was named Senior Vice President in 2019 and then Executive Vice President in January 2021. Chrystie was named to her current position of COO in November 2021. Prior to joining Slone Partners, Chrystie worked at an accounting firm specializing in services for start-up companies and then as an accountant for a mid-sized healthcare agency.

As Chief Operating Officer at Slone Partners, Chrystie is responsible for the company’s financial, human resources, and operational functions. In her role, she draws upon more than 20 years of experience working with small businesses in the healthcare and executive search fields.

Chrystie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego with a focus in accounting, and she also holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification.
