With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare & life sciences, Sona has extensive market knowledge and a proven track record of successful key executive & leadership placements in all functional areas including scientific, clinical, and administrative roles. She is an exceptional listener and people are naturally willing to open up to her and voice their ideas, goals, and concerns. This distinctive ability allows Sona to connect with clients and candidates at a deeper level to quickly assess their unique recruitment needs and find the perfect match for each role.

Before joining Slone Partners in 2011, Sona spent nearly a decade with Pfizer, where she was consistently recognized as a top performer, won multiple awards, and was welcomed to the prestigious President’s Club. In addition, Sona has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and has worked as a Vocational Counselor to help place people with disabilities back into the workforce.
