Manager, Customer Engagement and Strategic Solutions at Slope

Ethan Seville has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Ethan is currently working at Slope as the Manager of Customer Engagement and Strategic Solutions. In this role, they provide subject matter expertise, executes operational strategies, and implements process improvement initiatives. Ethan also collaborates with sponsors, CROs, and site partners to address complex sample management and operational challenges.

Before joining Slope, Ethan worked as a Solutions Architect at the same company. Ethan played a vital role in connecting the needs of research sites, vendors, and sponsors with innovative and data-driven supply chain management and clinical operations solutions.

Additionally, Ethan served as the ACRP Atlanta Area Chapter Membership Engagement Chair at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals from 2020 to 2022. Ethan actively engaged with members and promoted membership growth in the Atlanta area.

Ethan's previous role was as a Senior Project Manager at Rare Disease Research. Ethan played a significant part in providing access to clinical trials for individuals with rare diseases. Ethan contributed to groundbreaking innovations and aimed to make clinical trials more accessible to everyone.

From 2014 to 2019, Ethan worked as a Clinical Research Manager at Clayton Eye Clinical Research, LLC. Ethan led a team of coordinators, conducted multiple clinical trials annually, and ensured compliance with Good Clinical Practice and FDA regulations.

Prior to their clinical research roles, Ethan worked as an Advanced Science Tutor at The Learning Coach, LLC, where they provided tutoring services in biology, chemistry, physics, and math to middle school to college-level students.

Ethan also gained experience as a Clinical Research Intern at Emory University's Master of Arts in Bioethics Program from 2013 to 2013.

Ethan Seville obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Kennesaw State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, in February 2016, Ethan obtained a certification as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator from ACRP.
