Lenka Krcmarik

Lenka Krcmarik is a Human Resources Specialist at Slovnaft since November 2022, bringing with their extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Lenka previously held the role of Junior Consultant at both TARGET Executive Search CEE and INAC Global Executive Search from November 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included representing global headhunting initiatives in Slovakia and supporting executive searches. Prior to that, Lenka worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Adecco, focusing on candidate sourcing in finance-related positions and managing the entire interview process. Early experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where Lenka managed end-to-end recruitment processes and conducted labor market analysis. Lenka holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
