Elwood Espiritu

Elwood Espiritu is a seasoned creative professional with a diverse background in the lifestyle and sneaker care industries. As the Founder and Creative Director of Slow Jamz since 2017, Elwood has focused on storytelling through audio and visual mediums, producing high-quality products influenced by old school hip-hop and R&B. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Sneaker Care at KYX, where Elwood built operational frameworks and developed cleaning procedures, and as a Creative Designer for Special Projects at Proper, conceptualizing footwear and apparel collaborations. Additionally, Elwood gained valuable experience as a Sneaker Care Technician and Content Producer at Jason Markk Inc. and contributed to a design competition for Under Armour at PENSOLE Footwear Design Academy. Elwood holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from UC Irvine.
