Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in engineering and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at SLPT Global Pump Group, Matthew drives cross-functional teams to achieve significant improvements in design, quality, and manufacturing for Stellantis. Previously, as a Central Program Manager at Martinrea International, leadership was provided in addressing material shortages across multiple OEMs. Matthew's extensive experience also includes roles as Program Manager at Autoliv, Senior Engineer at Toyoda Gosei, various positions at Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, and cost reduction leadership at General Motors, showcasing a strong track record in project execution and team leadership. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Oakland University.
