Diane Freeman

Diane Freeman, P.Eng. FCAE, is an experienced professional in engineering and public service with a focus on air quality and environmental compliance. Currently serving as a Principal in Air Quality at SLR Consulting and Honourary Lieutenant Colonel for 31CER within the Canadian Armed Forces, Diane has also been an elected Councillor for the City of Waterloo since 2006. Prior roles include Lieutenant Governor Appointed Director to Council at the College of Veterinarians of Ontario, Senior Project Engineer at Masri O Inc. Architects, and Senior Project Manager at GHD. Diane has contributed to the Association of Municipalities of Ontario as a Director for the Large Urban Caucus and held the presidency at Professional Engineers Ontario. Diane obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
