Charlotte Gower

Charlotte Gower is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR People Manager for the Europe Region and HR Manager for Global People Projects at SLR Consulting since May 2021. Prior to this role, Charlotte held various positions at Allianz Insurance from June 2013 to May 2021, including HR Business Partner and HR Account Manager. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Consultant and HR Officer at AXA Personal Lines from June 2009 to June 2013, and as HR Administrator at The Pluss Organisation from September 2007 to December 2008. Charlotte earned an MSc in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from the University of Surrey between 2009 and 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Plymouth from 2004 to 2007.
