Ella Norja

Ella Norja currently serves as the Head of Finance at Slush since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing budgets and leading a finance team. Previously, Ella held positions within Slush, such as Investor Operations and Speaker Operations, focusing on building investor relationships and coordinating event logistics for speakers, respectively. Ella's experience also includes serving as a Board Member for the Women’s Career Society, working as a Summer Trainee at Nordea, and holding various roles at ELIXIA Finland and Wolt. Currently pursuing dual degrees in Economics and Business Administration at Aalto University and Environmental and Natural Resources Economics at the University of Helsinki, Ella is building a strong academic foundation to complement practical experience.
