Wayne McCabe

Wayne McCabe is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reservoir engineering and database management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technician at SM Energy Company since June 2018, Wayne has previously worked as an Engineering Technician at QEP Resources, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the ARIES database and developing MS Access applications. Prior to this, Wayne held various roles at IBM, including Hardware Asset Management Analyst and Automation Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in data analysis and automation. Wayne's early career includes teaching at Esperero Canyon Middle School, complemented by academic credentials including a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Arizona.
