Miguel Medina

Miguel Medina is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and organizational management. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor at SM Lifestyle Entertainment, Inc. since December 2021, Miguel previously held the position of Chief of Operations at The Fairwaymall from May 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing vendor relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing marketing strategies for the e-commerce platform. Prior experience includes a role as a Researcher at the Manila International Airport Authority from July 2018 to April 2021, focusing on competency development for security personnel and coordinating training activities. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Major in Operations Management from STI College Academic Center - Las Pinas.
