Joshua Houghton

Joshua Houghton is an experienced service engineer specializing in large-scale operations, currently working at SMA Australia since October 2017, where roles have included Service Engineer Large Scale, Regional Lead, and Field Service Technician. Prior to this, Joshua worked at JDC-Thomson Electrical Systems from March 2009 to October 2017 as a Field Service Technician, focusing on the service, repairs, installations, and maintenance of diesel generators, automatic transfer switches, UPS systems, and battery maintenance. Joshua began as an Apprentice Electrician at AKE Electrical & Data from January 2006 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, and multiple certifications in electrical instrumentation and electrotechnology from TAFE NSW.
