Akansha Shrivastava, PMP®

Akansha Shrivastava, PMP®, has extensive experience in project management roles. Akansha is currently the VP - Project Success at Smaartt Digital Consulting, where they oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects and ensures they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Akansha is responsible for developing project plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Prior to this, Akansha worked as the Head of PMO at the same company, where they drove the organization's governance processes, monitored compliance with project management standards, and ensured the adoption of best practices.

Before joining Smaartt, Akansha worked as a Project Manager at Qualitech Solutions & Services, where they managed project execution, developed project plans, and monitored project milestones and deliverables. Akansha also has experience as a Program Manager at LACEWOOD CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, where they advised leaders and teams on project management disciplines and facilitated the smooth functioning of projects. Additionally, they led the coordination and deployment of a converged core network in Reliance Jio Core Network as a PMO Lead - Telecom Network Roll-Out & Service Delivery.

Earlier in their career, Akansha worked as a Business Analyst and IT PMO at Tata Teleservices Ltd, where they provided business analysis, prepared metrics and management reports, and supported delivery project management activities. Akansha also worked as a Planning Engineer at Reliance Communications, where they designed and implemented prepaid charging solutions and analyzed requirements for prepaid products and services.

Akansha Shrivastava, PMP®, completed their engineering degree in Computer Science at the University of Rajasthan from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications to further enhance their professional skills. These certifications include Microsoft Project Certification from Simplilearn in March 2021, Agile Scrum Master from Simplilearn in May 2020, and PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2020. Akansha also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Akansha has also achieved a PMP badge from the Project Management Institute, indicating their expertise in project management. Furthermore, they have a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
