Mxolisi Sjera Hlophe

Mxolisi Sjera Hlophe is a Centre Manager at Small Enterprises Development Company (SEDCO), responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Business Incubation in program design and budget development. Prior to this role, Mxolisi worked as a Business Development Consultant at GRM international, focusing on improving market access for smallholder farmers. Mxolisi also co-founded an ICT Start-up specializing in Agri-Tech, edu-tech, and Fintech, winning awards for innovation and entrepreneurship. With a background in agriculture teaching and economics, Mxolisi has a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Finance, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Development Finance.
