Jennifer H.

Jennifer H. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jennifer started their career in 2005 as an Office and Personal Assistant for a beauty consultant, where they handled customer service, order packaging and delivery, and general office work. Jennifer then worked as an Au Pair from 2006 to 2007 before becoming a Waitress and Cashier at Kristiinan Kebab ja Pizzeria for a few months in 2008.

From 2010 to 2017, Jennifer worked as a Sosiaaliohjaaja at Espoon kaupunki - City of Espoo, where they provided social guidance. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Lastentarhaopettaja (Kindergarten Teacher) at Mannerheimin Lastensuojeluliitto Suvela: Villivarsa Päiväkoti. In 2014, they joined Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy as an ohjaaja/lastentarhaopettaja.

Jennifer's entrepreneurial spirit led their to establish their own business, Jenky's tmi, in 2016. As an Independent Business Owner, they ran a small bakery/cafe business focused on homemade baked goods. Jennifer also had a short-term role as an Operations Lead for Slush Concierge Team at Slush in 2016, where they managed a large team and organized event tasks.

In 2018, Jennifer started working at Small Giant Games, initially as a Player Support Assistant, then as a Player Support Agent, and currently as a Player Support Specialist. Their roles involved providing support to players and assisting with resolving their issues.

Jennifer H. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Arcada University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Social Services (Sosionomi) from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Jennifer obtained a certification in Hygiene Pass from Elintarviketurvallisuusvirasto Evira in January 2007.
